Controlling Your Personal Comfort Zone In Business

It has been said many times you are what you eat and your conscience is what keeps you on the strait and narrow. In business the same comparison can be said about your Comfort Zone. Each and every one of us human species has a Comfort Zone and this is made up of experiences, good and bad and how your personal make up deals with things. We have a tendency to go with what works within your limits. This is also true with your conscience. I make the comparison because I believe that in the business world sometimes you have to get beyond your Comfort Zone.

Over the years of working a business we become creatures of habit. This dose not make it right or wrong but if you are in a Comfort Zone that is holding you back you must first identify it and then take actions to over come them. I personally have been in the business world for going on five years now and one of the toughest things to first identify and then correct is getting me out of a specific area or mind set that makes sense to my mind. I was told by associates and good friends that I often dwell on
the negative things that I come across in business and spending to much time in that frame of mind. Of course being head strong and not seeing this I argued upside down that it was all these bad things that were happening to me that was holding me back.

Truthfully it only took me about three years to finally get it. Yes I was seeing what people were saying but my mind and power of reasoning was still holding me to that Comfort Zone and I would just skirt around it with excuses. Well to say that I am totally cured in this area is probably not true. I have come a long way but still find myself taking all the information in and letting my mind do the figuring out. This is good in some way but it can harm you in other ways. For instance if I was to take the same time in dissecting a business or affiliate site through good du-diligence practices the time would be a lot better spent and in the end my decision would most likely have a lot more credence to it.

I write ads all the time to explain to people how good different programs are and often forget that a lot of these readers are just like I was. We often steer away from anything that takes us beyond our Comfort Zone. In my articles I try to give the three main things that people are looking for. First off why you need to use the product or program, what it can do for you, and finally how it can help your business.
